Helping those with ALS in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent since 1983

Adelard Van Praet Memorial Golf Tournament

The Van Praet family is again hosting the Adelard Van Praet Memorial Golf Tournament to raise funds and awareness for ALS. The tournament was started when Adelard Van Praet was diagnosed with the fatal disease. They raise money through annual events, the largest event being their Annual Golf Tournament. This tournament is held in Chatham and the money raised is used to support our charity. This year, they are raising funds via GoFundMe, and we are grateful for the support the Van Praet family continues to provide to us.

The 13th annual tournament will take place on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 at Links of Kent. There are 2 options available, a 18 hole option, with a 12pm shotgun start, scramble format, teams of 4, which is $70 per golfer, or a 9 hole option which has a 2pm shotgun start, scramble format, teams of 4, and is $50 per golfer. The day will include: 9 or 18 holees of gold with a cart, a hotdog lunch, 50/50, beat the 'pro', prizes, and lots of laughs. To sign up, please email Grace and checkout the flyer.
